The wine is released to the market after having spent 16 months in the cellar during which it has undergone different processes.
The carinyena from this plot is harvested twice. The first pass is for greater freshness and acidity. It is fermented in stainless steel tanks and then transferred to barrels for a few months. After these months, the wine is bottled and spends some more time in the bottle before being released to the market in order to achieve a more rounded mouthfeel. The duration of these stages may vary according to the tasting of the product, always aiming for a total of 16 months before release.
